After delivering her daughter at home in 2011, she became passionate about childbirth, and decided to become a birth and postpartum doula. She also offers counselling focused on childbirth preparation, birth and postpartum support. Tasha is a member of the Ontario Association of Counsellors, Consultants, Psychotherapists and Psychometrists (OACCPP) and completing her certification with DONA.

“I have always had a passion for talking with people about their feelings, therefore, working in a helping profession and becoming a counsellor has been a very natural fit for me. I believe that our health and wellbeing is strongly connected to our feelings and emotions, and how we are able to express them. With the birth of my daughter in November 2011, I have developed a new passion for working with women and their families around pregnancy and childbirth (prenatal, labour, and postpartum) and am excited to combine this with the counselling services I currently provide.”
