Every family has their own Easter traditions. Whether it be decorating, creating a backyard egg hunt or big family dinners- we all have our own ways to make the holiday special.

Now there is another great tradition that Lindt Canada wants to share with every family: a charming and interactive free storybook app, “The Bell That Rang in Easter” written by award-winning Canadian author, Ashley Spires. The book tells of the magical friendship between a small bunny and a very special little girl named Emma. In an effort to thank Emma for her kindness and friendship, the bunny sets out on an adventure in search of the perfect Easter gift to give his friend.
A story shared as a family is one amazing tradition that every family can enjoy. Another is the act of giving and kindness. When a family downloads the free app, (visit goldbunnystory.com), which is available through iTunes and Google Play, they are also benefiting children across Canada. For every app downloaded, Lindt is generously donating $1 to the Children’s Aid Foundation (up to $50,000). The best part about a family tradition is getting to enjoy it as a family so Lindt is celebrating the launch of “The Bell that Rang in Easter” with a series of events across Canada. This is a great way to enjoy the story together and make an experience that your family will remember for many Easter holidays to come.
