INGREDIENTS

  • 6-inch Tortilla wraps
  • 2-3 Tbsp. of any nut butter, seed butter or soy butter
  • 1 banana
  • Optional: sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of Wow butter on the tortilla.
  2. Cut the banana in half lengthwise and place it on top of the Wow butter by turning one banana half around.
  3. Roll up the sushi starting at one end. After rolling, squeeze the roll to keep everything together.
  4. Optional: spread a thin layer of wow butter over top of roll and top with sprinkles.
  5. Cut off the ends, and then slice into 6 pieces.
